Situation: A trough of low pressure lies to the east of Fiji and is
expected to affect the eastern parts of the group till later
tomorrow. Meanwhile,  a moist east to southeast wind flow prevails
over the country. 

Forecast to midnight tomorrow for the Fiji group:
Cloudy periods with some showers and isolated thunderstorms over
Taveuni and nearby smaller islands, Lau and Lomaiviti groups. 

Cloudy periods with some showers over Serua-Namosi,
Navua-Suva-Nausori, Tailevu-Naitasiri-Ra, Southern Bua, Cakaudrove,
eastern Macuata, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands.

Fine weather apart from afternoon or evening showers elsewhere.

Afternoon or evening thunderstorms with heavy falls expected over
Viti Levu and Vanua Levu.
Localised heavy falls may lead to flash flooding over low lying and
flood prone areas.
Moderate east to southeast winds.
Moderate seas.

Outlook for Monday     : Cloudy periods with some showers over
Serua-Namosi, Navua-Suva-Nausori, Tailevu-Naitasiri-Ra, the Northern
Division, Lau and Lomaiviti groups, Kadavu and nearby smaller
islands. Fine weather apart from afternoon or evening showers
elsewhere. Afternoon or evening thunderstorms with heavy falls
expected over Viti Levu and Vanua Levu. Localised heavy falls may
lead to flash flooding over low lying and flood prone areas. Moderate
northerly winds. Moderate seas.

For Navua / Suva / Nausori :
Cloudy periods with some showers. Afternoon or evening thunderstorms
with heavy falls expected.
