Situation:
A weak frontal system remains slow moving to the south of Southern
Cooks. Meanwhile, a southeasterly windflow continues to prevail over
the group. 
A weak trough remains slow moving over Northern Cooks. Meanwhile, a
moist easterly windflow continues to prevail over the group.   

Forecast to midnight tonight for the Southern Cooks:
Cloudy with occasional showers and chances of a few thunderstorms. 
Moderate southeasterly winds.
Moderate seas.  

Further outlook:    Brief showers.

For Rarotonga:
Cloudy with occasional showers and chances of a few thunderstorms. 
Further outlook:    Brief showers.

For the Northern Cooks:
Fine apart from few cloudy periods.
Moderate east to southeasterly winds, fresh at times.
Moderate to rough seas.    
Further outlook:    Few showers.
